How Does Multiple Lipomatosis Affect Male Fertility?
Question: Hello sir , I have seen few people having multiple lipomas on their body are infertile including myself . Kindly explain how multiple lipomatosis affect male fertility. Is there any genetic defect in sperm due to multiple lipomatosis.
Brief Answer:
It depends on the location
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Lipoma in general will not cause infertility as they are benign lesions.
Can you send me the details of your known person with infertility and lipoma including yourself? Have you done your semen analysis and if so please send me the reports?
I will be able to help you better after seeing those details .
If your semen analysis is normal and you are able to have intercourse you should be able to father a child provided your partner is normal.
Hope my answer helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Sir my semen analysis report is normal. My partner's reports are also normal . We have been trying for 4 years but no result .I have no health problems except multiple lipomas on my body. I have seen few people with multiple lipomas on their body are childless. This is the reason why I suspect multiple lipomatosis is the cause for my infertility.
Brief Answer:
Need to investigate your wife
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
It is very unlikely to be due to lipoma. Please consult an infertility specialist and evaluate your wife. Hormones, ovulation study, tubal patency etc.
Hope I have answered your query.
