How Does The Morning-After Pill Work?
you may take the plan b
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
If you are in perimenopause and not sure about your ovulation at present and after have unprotected sex , it would be still acceptable to take a morning after pill or plan b. Anyhow your last menses were in may, so a withdrawal if expected can help initiate the menses as well. However you may get a ovulation kit and check for recent ovulation and an ultrasound pelvis to check for endometrial thickness in uterus and also follicular study of the ovaries which shall indicate the present state of endometrium and also if you actually required plan b , if there were no dominant follicles , to prevent pregnancy. But as of now advantages weigh more than the disadvantages, so you may take the pill.
