Sir,how will gain weight?
Brief Answer:
Eat healthy food.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
First of all, I would like to know what is your weight and height.
If your BMI is fine according to your height (between 17.5 to 22.5) you need not do anything to increase weight.
If it is low then you can try to increase weight.
You should eat healthy food including vegetable and seasonal fruits (Do not eat junk food just to increase weight).
Eat food rich in protein like:
-meat (avoid red meat)
-whole egg (the white part contain protein and yellow part contain fat - you should eat both if you are underweight)
-Soybean and pulses (if you are a vegetarian)
You can also take protein supplements which comes in market with milk.
Remember you just need to be fit and healthy and not just increase your weight.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
