How Early Can A Urine Test Be Done To Confirm Pregnancy?
Detailed answer below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM,
I am Dr Madhuri a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist and will be helping you with your queries.
A urine test will give a positive result in case of pregnancy 3 to 3 1/2 weeks after the date of sex for pregnancy resulting from that sexual episode.
Most of the urine pregnancy come positive 7 days after the missed period provided that the periods are regular every 28-30 days.
If the date of ovulation is known then the test can be done 3 weeks after the date of ovulation.
A first morning sample of urine is the best for this test as it is concentrated and is more likely to give a positive result.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Thanks for using HCM.

Chances of pregnancy are low.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back,
If the last period began on XXXXXXX 1 then the fertile days are from 10 XXXXXXX to 22 XXXXXXX But she also has irregular cycles so the fertile days must be added to the extent the cycle is prolonged. I assume that sometimes the cycle is in the middle of the month so say from 14th to 15th of the month. If we add this then the contact did come in the fertile period.
However as you did not have a complete penetration and if there was no ejaculation then chances of pregnancy are not there. Precum can cause a pregnancy only if there is an ejaculation followed by a repeat contact immediately after that so that the sperms from the previous contact are still inside the urethra and so are present in the precum. This is very rare and seems to be unlikely in your case. So the possibility of pregnancy is low.
A urine test must come positive 3 weeks after XXXXXXX 27 that is around 18th of July. So get a test done on 20 July to be on the safe side. If it is negative there is no need to worry at all. Maybe she will get her period before that and you will not need to do the test.
Do not worry.
Feel free for any further querieis.

Hello and welcome back.
I have seen the picture.
There does not seem to be an infection but it is difficult to comment from the picture.
An inflammation and redness is definitely there and seems more of an allergy.
Please wear full cotton undergarments that have been washed in warm water and are free of any detergent after washing. Use mild soap for bathing.
Use of deodorants and anti perspirants also cause an allergy. So try to avoid them for a few days and see how it works.
A steroid and mild antiseptic cream like neomycin with traimcinolone or neomycin with beclomethasone used twice daily after bath for 7 days will help relieve the itch.
If it still persists then you must see a skin spoecialist.
Hope this helped.
I am always here for any further queries.

Does not look like a typical fungal lesion
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Difficult to comment from the picture but it does not look like a typical fungal lesion. Fungal infections are usually moist and circular lesions. They may also produce redness like you have but this does not look like a fungal infection.
The diagnosis can be made only after actual examination and also testing of a swab from the area.
As of now, please follow the above regimen and see for results. If it does not subside in a few days [ 2-3 days] then you may see a dematologist to get further evaluation.
