Brief Answer:
tell me why Meloxicam and now aspirin have been prescribed

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX welcome to Health care magic,
Can you tell me why Meloxicam and now aspirin have been prescribed and in what dose.
Personally, at your age I will not want you to take any pain killers, because they can easily damage kidneys and liver.
Also aspirin can lead to bleeding especially in brain.
And both can cause severe acidity too.
I would rather treat you with local measures like medicated oil massage, heat, cold fomentation, pain relief ointments etc.
Please revert back so I can advise you better--regards
