Question: I AM ADULT ADHD YOU COULD SAY EXTREME SYMPTOMS IT HAS BEEN A LIFETIME ISSUE IM 50 IVE ALLWAYS USED RITTLIN dosage 20 mg 3 x daily i skip 5 to 6 doses at the afternoon dose as well as one weekend day completly would skipping theses doeses prevent it from working in the past i could use it when needed and had good results 17 years even going off for weeks at a time several times a year every year I AM NOT GETTING RESULTS ANYMORE THAT YOU COULD CALL BENIFICIAL ENOUGH TO KEEP GETTIG THEM a day with out pills is a good day I HAVE TURNED DOWN SEVERAL SUGGESTIONS TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER STIMULANT BUT HAVE NOT WANTED TO BECAUSE OF SOCIAL PRESSURE AS WELL AS POSIBLE PERSONALITY CHANGES AT THIS POINT 50 YEARS OLD I CAN FAKE IT TILL I MAKE IT PRETTY WELL BUT IM HAVING A INCREASE IN TH DIFFICULTY IN PERSONAL HYGINE As well over all ability top keep things cleaned up and time managment issues i know my dr woud be willing to change stimulants that is part of my concern will changing stimulants help this area and witch one is the logical step to move to in your opinion if you are not comfortable discussinfg this i would understaND I JUST WANTT TO BE ABLE TO DISCUSS THIS WITH A DIFFERENT DR INPUT ON THE CHOICE if i were to ageree to start a different stimulant i concider myself knowledgable this topic as far as what the differenty choices are still not sure witch is best i am healthy 6 foot two 200 lbs VERY GOOD HEART NO SMOKE NO DRINK NO REC DRUGS WITH HE EXCEPTION OF CANIBUS 4 TIMES A YEAR AT SOCIAL SETTINGS own a laNDSCAPING COMPANY AND STILL WORK IN THE FEILD FOR 5 HOURS A DAY I FEEL THAT IM PHYSICALY ABLE TO BUT NOT SURE WITCH ONE OR IF TAKING THE RITLIN EVERY DAY AS I COULD HLP SORRY KEY BOARD STUCK NOT MEANING TO YELL
