I do strongly recommend switching to a long-acting stimulant. This will improve your concentration throughout the day rather than in short bursts with withdrawal effects when the short bursts wear off. I recommend Adderall XR or Vyvanse. You should get an EKG of your heart checked every 6 months to make sure the stimulant isn't having adverse effects.
