How Effective Is Sustimax Injection In Treating ED?
Question: pre gastric bypass 107kgs with insulin,45years male,post gastric bypas 81kgs with metformin tab.Due to erectile dysfunct dr advised sustimax injection once in 3week with tadalafil tab 10mg alternate days.now total testerone is 875 normal is 850.3 dose of inj is over should i continue?also erection is good but getting ejaculated immediately once i insert?please advise

Since you have normal testosterone there is no need to continue sustimax injection at this point. The injections were intended to correct testosterone deficiency and they have done their job perfectly and can be tapered off.
Regarding the early discharge the following can be done.
Do kegel exercise. It is difficult to explain here and you can google to know how to do the kegel exercise. To have the good effect it is recommended to do at least 100 contractions per day. It can be done at the same time or 30 contraction three times a day.
The other thing is medications. The dapoxetine is the recommended medication for this purpose. You can talk to your doctor to get prescription for same.
