Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and following points are worth mentioning for further line of management:
1. Any history of:
. visual stress (long hours in front of computer/t.v.?reading in dim light.
. family history in parents?
2. In Ayurveda we also exclude Chronic common cold and/or constipation to be cause of myopia.
PS. If any of the above is present then despite the treatment one has to take an opinion of qualified physician.
3. Is he/she suffering from any symptoms even after treatment, like regular headaches
PS. Although reports say there is improvement in vision with followup after 6 months thus in between one should check with an Ophthalmologist (which is my opinion)
4. Is myopia simple, degenerative or induced? If you are not sure take an opinion of an Ophthalmologist
PS. If the examination/investigation done by Ayurveda Physician/Ophthalmologist comes out to be normal we can safely start with eye exercises, vitamin and mineral supplements.

yes admission is necessary
Detailed Answer:
Dear
Thanks for reverting back.
1. Since doing the said procedure(s) requires
. Poorva karma (pre operative procedure) like detailed Prakriti-Vikriti examination
. Pradhan Karma: (Operative): requires specific medicines and procedure(s) to follow solely on the doctor discretion.
. Paschat Karma (post operative) requires procedures like putpak which nourises the tired eye (after tarpan), so hospitalization is very much required and such procedure(s) cannot be done at home.
