How Effective Is Gastric Bypass?

Question: Hi, I am obese and my insurance has dined gastric bypass,but I have found a Roca Lab that says it is a Liquid bypass without surgery should I try it I need to lose 147 lbs I have high blood pressure and damage to my left ventical. Thanks, XXXXXXX
