I have gone through your question and i understand.
The bruise will go by it's own , will take some time more then 2 weeks to go away completely.
Here are some advices that will speed up the process of healing:
-Use cold compresses the first day . ( ice , a cold spoon ...)
-The second day use warm compresses will help with the blood circulation and in result healing process .
-Use aloe -vera cream.
-Increase vitamins intake in your diet ( consume fruits , vegetables )
-Apply black coffee, keep your area where the bruise is elevated ( if you can ).
