Brief Answer:
Appears safe with regard to pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
The SDS or safety data sheet that is produced for this product states that the main concerns are regarding contact with skin and eyes. With regard to this being a 'reproductive toxin' it is listed as 'not applicable'.
With regard to the description of your exposure, it appears that there is no concern regarding harm to the developing fetus. This is what I would tell a patient of my own - that there is no concern to the fetus. The main concern is to you in that it can be a serious skin and eye irritant. Obviously if this were ingested it would be a disaster, so keep it up out of the each of children that you may have or who may visit.
I hope that this provides you with some reassurance. You have done the right thing by washing your skin thoroughly.
