How Is A Pregnancy Due Date Calculated?
Question: If I had sex with a woman just on July 28 , 2007 that one time and she got pregnant . When is her due date?

If her cycle had a regular and 28 days and she got pregnant on 28th July 2007 then we will e able to find out the approximate due date of her delivery.
By guessing she had started her period on 14th July (LMP) and her cycle would be regular of 28 days then her due date will be 21st April 2008 as per Naegele's rule which is a standard way of calculating the due date for a pregnancy.

If the baby was born on May 20, 2008 is there any way the child can be my child if her due date was on April 21,2008. Which is a month off.

I have counted this due date on some assumptions like her regular period and 28 days cycle.
If the intercourse was done on 28th July (as syated by you) then we can add 3 more days to fertilize the ovum means due days can be extended if her cycle had started from 17 to 20 July ,so due date can be post poned up to 30 April 2008 maximum.
But in some ladies there can be chances of post dated pregnancy (42 weeks or more),so she could have delivered baby after the 15th may but here chances are less.
We have limitations in counting probable due dates because we do not have sufficient clinical history.
So,in your case it is quite possible from above calculation but chances are less.

Thanks because I asked a labor and delivery nurse. And she told me there's no way it can be my child. That would put her at 44 to 45 weeks. She said for the baby come out on May 20 , 2008.. she would have slept with some one else. between August 22 to August 27th 2007.

One should not believe on paramedic findings or calculations.
Although this kind of post-dated pregnancy are uncommon in nowadays because of the availability of ultrasound and more advance medicines to start labour.
If we would have dates of her Last Menstrual Period (LMP) of that time,I will be able to say more accurately.
As I already told we do not have sufficient clinical history,so I can not count exactly here.
The chances are less but there is lean possibility off post-dated pregnancy here as we discussed.
If I count between august 22 to 27 the fertilization period,then she would have delivered the child after 20 to 25th May 2008 (here I excluded the chances of pre-term labour).
