Brief Answer:
Infection. Needs treatment with antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through the question and report. The report indicates a gastrointestinal infection. Since occult blood is positive, treatment with antibiotics like ofloxacin would be needed. Please be patient. It is not concerning and should resolve with treatment.
