Brief Answer:
Symptomatic treatment, medication, oral physician

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query. I have gone through your query.
As far as the burning mouth or tongue is concerned, it does not have any particular cause as such. So it is managed with symptomatic treatment like topical anesthetics like lignocaine and topical analgesics like choline salicylate.
You can also take nerve regenerating drugs like vitamin B6 and B12, this also reduces burning sensation.
Before taking all these you should consult a oral physician and get it evaluated. You should get it confirmed that it is burning mouth syndrome.
If the burning sensation is from some other cause we need to treat that.
So consult a good oral physician and get it evaluated.
Please describe the details of your problem in detail like from when it started, when do develop burning sensation?, any habit of arecanut or pan chewing.
I hope I have answered your query. If you have any queries you can reply me back. Take care.
