I have gone through the ecg rhythm strip attached by you and I would like to tell you that it's a normal sinus ECG with a slight q t prolongation and no other significant st-t changes I would like to ask you that do the patient has any symptoms like giddiness lightheadedness or feeling of passing out if yes kindly revert me back with the medical details of the patient so that I can guide you properly.
