How Is Stretching Done To Retract The Tight Foreskin Of Penis?
Question: My doctor prescribed Fucicort for my tight foreskin for 1 week. But she didn't tell me exactly how to apply it - she just said that I should apply it on the end of my penis.
I can retract my foreskin when flaccid, but when it goes behind the glans, it folds back on itself because the foreskin it quite tight around that area and the frenulum is also a little bit tight. I can also retract it when erect, but it takes a bit of time and adjustment/stretching.
Can you tell me how to apply the cream? Do I retract the foreskin, apply the cream around the tight areas and keep the foreskin retracted all day? Or do keep the foreskin unretracted and apply the cream all around the inside? Is it ok if the cream gets on the glans everytime?
The doctor also said that I should stretch the foreskin. But she didn't really go into detail about when and how to stretch it. Can you give me some help with that too?
Thanks for any advice.

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
Stretching is done if a person has tight foreskin of penis.
The simplest way is to pull back the skin till the opening feels tight without pain.Apply the ointment on the glans of penis.Hold this position for few minutes and then repeat it few times.
You don't have to keep retracted your skin throughout the day.
You have to do it 4-5 times a day.
If the opening becomes sore or if you find some split developing then you should stop and let things heal up.Going at it too fast will only slow the things in the end.
I hope it helps, however you may revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks

Hello, thank you Dr. for your helpful answer.
I had a follow up question please. What is the reason for putting the Fucicort cream on the glans instead of the foreskin? I thought the cream was meant to thin the foreskin and help it stretch more. My glans is healthy so I was worried that if the cream gets on the glans it will have a negative/unwanted effect.

Hello,
Once you put the cream on glans,it spreads on the inner side of foreskin and on the opening and this would help in stretching of the skin.
Thanks
