Hello, Your combination of different anti hypertensive medications are causing our problems. When anti hypertensives are used in combination,they potentiate each others action. Moreover DYAZIDE is a water pill which results in excretion of more sodium and potassium and this results in weakness,lethargy etc. In addition your blood pressure must also be getting low resulting in your symptoms. I would advise you to consult your doctor,get the sodium and potassium levels checked,get the BP checked and readjust the medications.You may halve your water pill but after talking to your doctor.
