Hello. There is no contraindication to intercourse

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. Welcome to HCM. I understand your concern. Although there are no such studies of obinutuzumab secreting into semen, the drug can still pass on into semen but will not have any adverse effect on the partner.
Only point of concern is that , if you are planning a family , then it might have some effect on sperms. This is also an assumption, and there are no such studies.
We only advice to use condoms and avoid planning family when patient is on therapy. If no family is being planned then the drug is safe.
