I have read your query with attached photo image showing the wound area.

* As per my surgical experience, the shown area is dry without any
discharge and has pink healthy granulation tissue underneath as seen over
upper left corner of the image.

* So far as warm shower is concerned, you can definitely take it right away
from now, taking care that
- let the area remain soaked with antiseptic liquid or soap for couple of
minutes,
- gently sponge it with soft cotton towel
- remove all brown and blackish scabs over the remaining area of the
wound, underneath which you will find the same pink granulation tissue
as in one of the region seen
- do not let the area remain exposed for a long period of time without
clothing
