How Long After Having Missed Periods Should I Go For Pregnancy Test?

Question: Dear Doctor,

My Name is XXXX.
Im 27years of age, its been 2 years I have been married.
We are planning for a baby since last month.
I have missed my period this month. Can you please advice when is the best date to do a home pregnancy test.
Below Im giving you my period dates of last six months.

Dec'----14th
Jan-----16th
Feb-----16th
March---20th
April-----22nd
May------21st

Should do the urine pregnancy test now

Hi XXXX, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Since your periods were due on 21 st XXXXXXX and they are delayed, you can now do your urine pregnancy test to confirm the pregnancy. You are now 5 days overdue and home urine pregnancy test is sensitive enough to detect pregnancy at this stage.
