Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
After stopping Diane, it usually takes 2-3 months for the cycles to return to normal. The chances of conception are there. You need to indulge in unprotected sex regularly during the fertile days to conceive.

Goodmorning been off of diane 35.For 3months now but still my cycle not coming regular! Was suppose to start july 9th still hasn't come. When will it go back to normal so i can conceive? And can i still try to conceive even though its not coming when it suppose too!
Brief Answer:
Can be due to hormonal changes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The irregular periods that you are having are likely to be due to a hormonal imbalance and not due to Diane. You can try for conception but the chances of conception are less with irregular cycles. You need to consult your gynecologist for a detailed evaluation to rule out PCOD.
Hope my answer is helpful.
