How Long Can Betacap, Tryptomer And Sibelium Be Taken?

Question: Good evening Dr. XXXXXXX - I have been taking the following medicines prescribed by you to treat my chronic headache.

1. Betacap TR 40 - in the morning
2. Tryptomer 10 mg & Sibelium 10 mg at night

I was taking tryptomer 25 mg which I reduced to 10 mg a month back. The good news is that by and large the headache is under control and rarely it shoots.

Please advise if I can continue with this combination (Listed at S.No. 1 & 2 above) since the headache has not completely disappeared. And, how long I have to continue with this medication.

The treatment requires continuation for total duration of 6 months and then drugs need to be gradually tapered one by one.
Continue Betacap, Tryptomer and Sibelium.
