Question: I'm planning a long trip to Netherlands from Florida, how long can I go without dialysis???
I'm currently doing 3x's weekly for 3 hrs.
Any suggestions, advise???

1. How much do you weigh and how much weight do you gain in between dialysis ?
2. how much is your hemoglobin?
3. do you become breathless between dialysis ?
4. have they checked your cardiac function ?
5. on an average how much is your urine output per day?

No different solution is required for the travel. In our institute we give something known as a 'transfer card' for travelling patients so that in case of an emergency it can produced to another hospital. I recommend you to get one as well.
