Question: How long can sperm stay fertile in a latex condom that does not contain spermicidal lube? If a woman used this an hour after the ejaculation occurred is there a good chance she can become pregnant?

Sperm stay fertile in condom for almost 12 hours or more.

If sperms have entered in vagina, it is possible that you might become pregnant.

However if quantity of sperms entered is small, dont worry about pregnancy.

In a similar question posed on this site, the doctor who answered advised that the sperm would be good in a condom for up to 30 minutes. Is there a reason for the huge difference in time in that question and the question I asked?

If it is normal lubricated condom, sperm survive longer.
