Question: How long can sperm survive in the mouth? I performed oral sex on my bf, he ejaculated. I then brushed my teeth and ate/drank as normal. The next day approx 12 hours later we deep kissed and sex toys were used. I think I was ovulating at the time. Could I be at risk?

Chances of pregnancy are very low. Do not worry. Unless there is semen inside your vagina there is no way sperm can reach the egg to fertilize.

Sperms generally survive only for 2 to 3 days. Even if they are in the saliva it is not possible for it to travel to the egg. Nor can it be transferred by mouth. Once released in the mouth, sperm's efficacy will reduce drastically even if it survives that is it can lose its potency to penetrate an egg.
