Ho. But it's 3wks now but they still seen blood in my urinalysis test. They don't know I did a med abortion so they think it's just a uti? Is it really a uti or blood from pregnancy?pls answer. Thanks

It is unlikely to be UTI, chances of it being an imcomplete abortion is much higher.

You should always inform the complete details to your doctor.

You need to get a sonography asap and if its incomplete abortion then you need to get it surgically removed.

3 wks ago I did it. I saw it out. Bled for a week. According to studies my bleeding was normal and sign of a complete abortion. After a week I did a preg test and it's stil shown positive. After morethn 2 weeks it shown negative. I actually did not go to a doctor yet. I just did a laboratory exam..and only from my urine they said saw a blood. They said maybe my period is coming..I can't tell them the truth coz I live in a country where it is forbidden. I even afraid to go to obgynecologist thinking that they might still see the inserted medicine in the vagina..can they still see it at this long? Hope I cited to you well and give me an answer to go. Thank you so much.

If you are seeing grossly blood in your urine then it is incomplete abortion

But NOW since you are saying that you DO not see blood but they saw blood in laboratory then

1) your abortion is complete and no need to go to gynecologist.

2) YES then its JUST UTI . I can suggest to take norflox tablet and do not worry.

NO NEED TO DO ANYTHING ELSE OR SHOW ANYBODY.

Thank you so much. I feel better now. But I need to know first if I go to gynecologist for a better health can She/He still see the medicine inserted in vagina? Secondly, if not for UTI,is blood won't shown in urine cause of pregnancy? Sorry but this is very important for me to know.
