A drug takes about 4-5 half lives for complete clearance from our body.
Cocaine has a short half life of 1 hour, and so the drug itself is cleared from our body in less than 6 hours.
But, some metabolites of cocaine (like Benzoylecgonine) have a very long half life and can be detected in urine up to 8 days after its use.
Most of the screening tests will test for such metabolites too. So it will take more than 8 days to clear the test.

I've been researching this topic and find that one time use can be reduced to an acceptable level with in 3-5 days ng/150 which would pass a 9 panel screening.
