Brief Answer:
approximately 15.9 hours to 1 1/2 days

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The half life of a drug is the time it takes for the amount of drug in the body to decrease by half.

It takes approximately 3 to 5 half lives for a drug to be completely eliminated from the body.

The half life of diphenhydramine is 5.3 hours to 11.7 hours.

This means that it would take approximately 15.9 hours to 58.5 hours ( 2 1/2 days) for it to be completely eliminated.

Many persons may have elimination midway at 1 1/2 days.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
