Question: i am 22 weeks pregnant and stopped smoking pot as of yesterday. I live in the state of california what are mandated laws for this. Since i have stopped will i be testing positive. How long will it take to get out of the babys system ?

this shouod not be present in urine after 2 months of abstinence. It depends on amount that you 've been smoking and period but usually it takes 1 month to evacuate it from the system. all in all,don't smoke marijuana during the pregnancy. Wish you good health.Regards
