The action of Cialis is for 4-6 hours and gets eliminated completely within 24 hours .
Urgency for urination ,leakage and frequency due to enlarged prostate needs to be evaluated .The medical management of BPH includes drugs like
Tomsulosin , Myrbetric or Darifenacin and Dutasteride once daily .
However if the size of the Prostate gland is large with significant post void residual urine as detected on Ultrasound Scanning the response to these drugs gradually gets reduced over a period of 1-2 years and one needs to undergo endoscopic surgery of TURP to resect the enlarged prostate .

Mydewbic is anti muscuranic drug and has has action of preventing involuntary contraction of bladder muscle and there by help to control urgency where as Cialis in small doses relaxes smooth muscles in bladder neck and prostatic urethra and helps to improve urine flow .
You can take both the drugs to get relief from symptoms .of urgency and to improve poor urine flow .
