Treatment seems to be proceeding in right direction.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic. I have gone through your query and have checked the attachments.
Nephrotic syndrome may require prolonged treatment with steroids and your doctor seems to be treating it in the right direction. Please continue the syrup as advised. There should be gradual subsidence. However, please note that relapses can occur and in such a case kidney biopsy might be necessary.
Just wait and watch.

Thanks for the advise.
Does the Urine output will reduce than normal?
Does the Eyelids will get more swelling during the course of medicines.
Any other Lab tests need to be done other than routine albumin.
Thanks in advance...

Brief Answer:
Facial puffiness is a feature of nephrotic syndrome
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.
During nephrotic syndrome, the urine output comes down and facial puffiness including that of eyelids occurs. It is not due to the medicines and in the course of medication when the swelling increases, it is due to worsening of the disease intensity.
Lab tests will not give a solution and you already have a diagnosis. As I have mentioned, in case of relapse you might need to get a kidney biopsy done.
