Detailed Answer:
It gets in as soon as it gets in.
There is an up to 30 minute lag between taking an intact pill orally and getting enough in to do anything. The blood levels start a bit sooner and it takes a bit longer for it to get into urine but certainly by ONE HOUR.


But here's why you're glad you asked.


Heroin looks really different from oxycodone. The usual urine dip stick test (and you can confirm this yourself with the over the counter ones) are set up for heroin detection AND NOT FOR OXYCODONE. They might not show up at all.
Hair, blood and confirmatory testing that costs 10 times more is very accurate and can be set up to detect any and all narcotics.
