How Long Does Sertindole Take To Show Effect?

Question: Hi,
My psychiatris just added 6 days ago to 8 mg of Serlect (sertindole), 4 mg more, i would like to know how long does it take to these 4mg to work with a full effect, thanks

First of all I must inform you that the decision to increase dose was correct step as effective dose of sertindole in most persons is 12 mg to 20 mg per day.

Now regarding the duration sertindole almost takes at least two weeks to show positive effect an may take around six weeks to show full effect. So it can be hoped that by the end of next week you will see some positive changes in symptoms and may see full response at the end of next month(September).
