How Long Does Sertraline Take To Be Effective At Treatment?
Question: At my primary’s instruction, I increased my Sertraline from 50mg to 75mg on March 6. How long should it take for me to see the benefits or increase to 100mg?

I experienced complete relief of anxiety symptoms on day 8 of the increase from 50mg to 75mg. This lasted until today, day 14, and I’ve had bad anxiety today. I am increasing because I’ve had unpredictable episodes of anxiety that come and go over a period of months. Why am I experiencing anxiety today?
