Brief Answer:
likely need another course of antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

After 7 days of treatment, there are usually no symptoms if the infection was completely resolved.

It would best to see your doctor for a review, another urine sample should be taken and sent to the lab for analysis.
Your doctor would likely choose to give you an alternative antibiotic to help treat the infection is proven to be still present.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
