How Long Does Frenulum Tear Take To Heal?
Question: Hi, I got frenulum tear 1 day back, and it bleeded so much, since then it stings whenever i pee and it pains a lot, m quite scared..please let me know how much time its gonna take to heal and what all precaution and medication should i take..and is it some serious issue? coz its my first time and m quite scared about it..Also when i try to move foreskin,to check the damage it pains.any ointment which i should apply ?

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have sustained frenulum tear probably due to dry vigorous sex or masturbation .
Normally it takes one week for complete healing .There is nothing serious and to be worried about .
You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefotaxime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure to wash your genitals with warm water twice daily
Ensure to avoid sexual activities till it heals up completely.
