If you had the twinrix vaccine and the boosters ( 3 injections totally), then you are protected against Hepatitis A & B. There is no need for boosters. You are protected by the anti Tetanus booster, no need to repeat.
It may be good to be vaccinated against Typhoid and Yellow fever as these are also present in Peru.
