Since you have not mentioned the reason for taking the medication, i would like to know if you have consulted a physician and the reason for which you are taking it. Also its dosage and the route of administration of the drug.

It should start acting within a week , however severe symptoms shall take some time to reduce as treatment trials can last for 8 weeks . So kindly relax.

In the previous question asked 3 days back you have not stated any problems like abdominal pain and fever . However, in today's question you have mentioned that you are still having abdominal pain and fever.Hence it is important to know if you had abdominal pain and fever before you started taking Apriso or after taking the medication .Therefore, it would be helpful if you could please tell me from when you started having abdominal pain and fever? This is because Apriso can have side effects like high fever accompanied with abdominal pain , in case of which kindly consult your physician immediately as this may be a major side effect.

Also, I would like to know how many capsules are you taking daily in the morning? The usual dose is Four capsules in the morning.

Apriso takes 3 - 6 weeks to act . Many drug trials have been done for 8 weeks . Hence, this drug takes time to show its effectiveness.
