Question : HELLO SIR I AM A PEDIATRICIAN
I have pcos......this cycle I was treated with fsh ..day 20 of cycle I had 3 follicles dominant being 26.2 by 15.8mm.i took hcg 2days back.........10,000iu......40hrs after hcg shots my tvs scan dint show any signs of follicle rupture......wat next

Sometimes it happens due to defective hCG batch. I suggest you go ahead with different batch of HCG today or recombinant hCG ( brand name ovitrelle).

This should help you to ovulate.
