valtoval 1 g 21 tab each every 8 hr and neno crystalline gel
Brief Answer:
10-14 days
Detailed Answer:
As per dose, it seems that you have been suffering from herpes Zoster. It is characterised by fluid filled vesicles associated with pain or burning sensation in a dermatome. If medications are started within duration of 24-48 hours of onset of rash, then usually the rash gets completely healed in 10-14 days of starting treatment.
I prefer to advise oral antibiotics also in combination with oral antivirals in such patients. As you have swelling also , so you may need oral anti inflammatory drugs like Diclofenac for 3- 5days. Use of Condy's compresses also accelerate the healing of rash.
You may discuss this with your treating doctor.I am sure that he would agree with this.
Take care.
