Question : once a non-displaced greater tuberosity fracture has healed, how long with rehab does on regain a full range of motion and strength to put your arm up over your head (I study ballet and have for 40 years)

I am sorry to hear that you fractured your arm. Now that you are cleared to start therapy you should be able to regain your ROM in about 4-8 weeks depending on your commitment to therapy. Work diligently on the ROM exercises and you should regain your entire ROM soon.
