Brief Answer:
Depends on infection and treatment offered.

Hello there ,
Nice to meet you ,
The recovery period in sepsis depends upon the virulence of infective pathogen and treatment offered against it.
So, it varies from few days to months. I could be more precise if you explain which drugs and infective organisms are involved. This will be available in your prescription and culture sensitivity(Culture and sensitivity is an very good tool in effective management and early recovery).
So follow up with the information, which makes me to aid you better.
Take care.
