Question: Hi. I had a cervical polyp removal about three days ago. For the first day, there was no bleeding. Now I am getting mainly brown bleeding which is like a light to middle period. How long should the bleeding last?

After a polyp removal it is normal to have mild bleeding till the wound heals. The light brownish spotting can sometimes persist for up to 2 weeks. You need not to worry.
