If you have cramps take Mefenamic acid 500mg three times daily with food. I think it is available as Ponstel in your country. It is available over the counter in pharmacies. This reduces the bleeding also by one third.

If the bleeding is very heavy consult your doctor and add Cyclokapron to it. This is a prescription medicine.
