How Long Does Typhoid Take To Get Cured?

Question: i got admitted to hospital on 5-4-2014 and discharged on 8th and took treatement for ThyPh: the time i admmited and now its still 50% fever is there as per report... could you pls guide me on the same. and request you to share me the tips.

Detailed Answer: Dear XXXXXXX hi! typhoid is a state which takes minimum 7 days to upto 21 days of care. so as you told you were discharged after 3 days, what was the treatment given and are you on treatment presently. you need to continue antibiotics and anti pyretics for next 14 days. continue rest and light meals and lots of fluid. regards!

Hi Madam, As doctor discharge summary and suggestion am taking only the tablets and tonic for 10 days after discharge, do i need to take the same injection for next 14 days...? could you please advice on the same. Thank you...!
