How Long Is Tryptomer Advisable For Tingling Sensation In The Calf Muscles?

Question: Good Morning Dr. XXXXXXX As per your advise I have started Maxmala 75 alongwith the following medicines:-

1. Tryptomer 25 mg
2. Sibelium 10 mg
3. Meganeuron OD Plus

Please advise how long I have to take Maxmala 75 mg (for treament of uneasiness/tingling sensation in right calf muscle) ?
