Many times periods of great stress can trigger an attack of Mystehnia which is worse than what it would normally be. Have you had any abnormal stress lately? New job? Have you been ill? Or had an infection? There are two other medications that can be added to the treatment of Myasthenia that can help you tide over an attack. They are Prednisone and Azathioprine. Both of these drugs should not be sued if you have an active infection and they should not be started unless you speak to the original doctor who prescribed the Distinon for you.
