How Long Should Duphaston Be Continued?

Question: Hi doctor, I am a mother of a 4 year old daughter .After trying to conceive for the second time for 7 months but didn't conceive. After consulting a doctor I took clomid for 5 days from the second day of my period.My period started on 25.07.2016. And also undergone follicular study on 10, 12, 13 th day and took hcg shot on 13th day at around 1 pm. Ultrasonography on 15 day showed a ruptured follicle and we had intercourse on 13, 14 and 15 day.
Also doctor advised to take duphaston for 16 days starting from 15th day(the day I ovulated) I took a home pregnancy test on 13 days after ovulation but it was negative.
Should I continue with duphaston or not since the test on 13days after ovulation is negative.

Nice of you to give all details.I think you have done the pregnancy test a bit early.
You can wait for 3 to 6 days and do blood hcg measurement or card test with early morning urine sample.
