How Long Should Mintop Solution 5% Be Used For Severe Hair Fall?

Question: Hi doctor, I have been facing severe hair fall since 2013. I tried many natural treatment, but I didn't get any result. Now I started English treatment with the advice of doctor. Last three months I am taking follihair and hairone tablet with mintop solution 5%. I could see result, new hair is growing. But still my hair fall is not stopped. My doctor advised me to take finasteride, but I am not willing to take it. How long I should continue this treatment for better results?
Shall I use coconut hair oil along with this treatment? And recommend me some mild shampoo for daily use.

According to your complaints it seems to be androgenetic alopecia.
I would recommend you to continue with the same treatment.
Significant response is seen after 4-5 months and for maximum benefit treatment needs to be continued for atleast 1 year.
First the hair fall will stop followed by regrowth of hair.
Othwewise for male pattern baldness minoxidil is to be used life long.
Yes you can use coconut oil with this treatment.
You can use xgain shampoo from cipla or triclenz shampoo from curatio compan
