Brief Answer:
At least a week more.
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Welcome and thanks for your query.
Balanitis is caused by a fungal infection and since you are using only a topical agent, it is better to continue using it at least for a week after the symptoms disappear.
If it returns it would be better to take an oral antifungal in addition and to search for conditions like diabetes and others that can decrease your immunity.
Take care

One last question though on the packaging in the image it says once the inflammation subsidies it says apply a different cream that contains only the anti fungal agent rather than both the anti inflammation and fungal. So would I have to buy another cream?
Brief Answer:
If you need to use it beyond one week
Detailed Answer:
You can omit the cortisone when you have no symptoms. However there is no problem if you use it for one more week. If you need to continue to use , choose one which does not contain steroid
